Responsibilities/Duties:
Hands-on and manage existing hospital projects from end-to-end
Plan and schedule project phases, implement and execute till completion.
Effectively prioritize tasks and allocate manpower to optimize resource utilization and meet project deadlines.
Monitoring and follow up construction progress and progress claims.
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Identify issues and provide solutions to the project team to resolve them.
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
Evaluate and approve changes that have a substantial impact on project scope, budget, or schedule
Collaborate in the preparation of bid tenders for new projects
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Attended site meeting with main contractor, consultant, architect and client.
Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed
Job Specifications/Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Possess 10 years of working experience in building construction, specializing in Mechanical discipline, especially ACMV.
Good communication skills for relationship establishment with internal and external stakeholders.
Possess leadership skills, positive vibe and strong teamwork.
Independence and a problem-solver.
Have proven track records in meeting the project deadline.
