Team & Resource Leadership: Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, and production teams.
Cost & Budget Control: Track project expenditures, manage financial variances, and handle timely variation orders.
Risk & Change Management: Spot potential bottlenecks or design conflicts early, apply safety interventions, and run change-control processes.
