Job Responsibilities:
. Plans, organizes and sets up site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives
. Attends project kick off meetings project team meetings, and updates on progress
. Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, client's representatives and relevant authorities
. Prepare and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports and work program
. Manages all site staff and subcontractors schedule, work progress and provide solutions to issues at site.
Job Requirements:
. Min Diploma in Building, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
. Min 5 years of relevant working experience in construction or equivalent
. Highly self-motivated, positive working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
. Team player with good interpersonal skills
