Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analyze economic, regulatory, and competitive data to support strategic decision-making
  • Use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to generate insights and build business cases
  • Manage and support cross-functional projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
  • Develop project plans, track milestones, and monitor timelines using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
  • Coordinate task owners, follow up on deliverables, and ensure accountability across different workstreams
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations with clear insights and recommendations for management and stakeholders
  • Engage and manage relationships with senior leaders, external partners, and internal stakeholders to drive project outcomes
  • Facilitate meetings, capture key points and action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support business case development, investment evaluation, and financial modelling activities
  • Provide inputs on go-to-market strategies and market entry considerations, particularly within the Southeast Asia region
  • Maintain structured documentation and ensure all project records, data, and reports are up to date and accessible

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and research skills with proven ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Experience in managing or supporting projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project planning and management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
  • Willingness to travel overseas as required by business and project needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and external partners
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen, with understanding of financial modelling, investment evaluation, and business case development
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and market entry considerations in Southeast Asia will be an advantage
