Role Overview
Description:
Ensure timely completion of projects while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations. The role offers a competitive monthly base salary ranging from SGD 6,000 to 9,000, complemented by annual performance-based bonuses that reward excellence and results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the product strategy, roadmap, business operating model and pricing strategy.
- Design, develop and manage activities from product definition & planning to product implementation and release.
- Analyse product performance and redesign as required.
- Managing the prioritisation and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance and post-launch support.
- Work with business analysts, developers and/or vendors to ensure timely and quality release of product/enhancements.
- Influence positively in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Prepare project budgets and track project cost to ensure delivery is within the approved budget.
- Ensure deliverables are on time within budget, and at the required level of quality.
- Evaluate the outcomes of the projects as established during the planning phase.
- Document project phases and ensure that all data related to the project is stored and accessible.
- Provide regular and timely updates to stakeholders about project status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity.
- Experience in a product management.
- Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to coordinate the actions of multiple parties.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff.
- Knowledge of risk management to identify potential legal liabilities and take steps to mitigate them.
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) is preferred.
