Key Responsibilities
. Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual, client and QEHS requirements.
. Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards.
. Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms of QEHS, schedule and cost.
. Define clear roles & responsibilities, and deliverable requirements of team members.
. Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works.
. Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation.
. Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly
. Report to management periodically on status of project in terms of QEHS, cost and schedule.
. Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
At least 5-10 years of experience in the field of project management
Possess all the necessary safety compliance certs (CSCPM, etc)
