- Prepare project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action plans.
- Assist in resource allocation and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Support risk management processes by identifying and mitigating potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design, to ensure project success.
- Participate in project meetings, ensuring alignment and smooth communication among all team members.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
