Scope of Work & Responsibilities:
- Support IT projects from initiation to closure as PUB contract manager
- Engage with PUB's contractors, third-party contractors,and business users to ensure project and system requirements are met
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Review monthly maintenance reports for IT systems
- Track and review to ensure system's cyber security compliance
- Provide regular project status updates to PUB reporting officer
- Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred skillsets/experiences:
- Knowledge of IM8 policy
- Experience in Singapore Government's projects
- Experience in Cloud-related projects
- Familiar with common audit findings and remediation practices. Able to support audit preparation activities
