We're Hiring: Senior Project Manager (Interior Renovation)

Salary: S$6,500 - S$9,500 / month (based on experience)
Full-Time | 2-Year Contract (Renewable)
Male / Female | Senior Level
Must travel between multiple project sites

Job Scope (Senior - Project Management & Leadership)

• Overall project management from award construction handover

• Lead and manage multiple renovation projects (commercial / F&B / office)

• Plan project timeline, manpower allocation, and work sequencing

• Coordinate all trades: demolition, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, exhaust, fire protection, flooring, painting, signage, etc.

• Chair site meetings and manage client, consultant, and authority coordination

• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and materials

• Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, SFA, PUB, landlord & MCST requirements

• Monitor cost control, variation orders, and subcontractor claims

• Resolve site issues, clashes, delays, and technical challenges

• Enforce quality control, safety standards, and workmanship expectations

• Prepare progress reports, handover documents, and defect schedules

• Mentor junior coordinators and enforce site discipline

Software / Tools

• AutoCAD (strong technical understanding)

• Project tracking tools (Excel / Google Sheets)

• WhatsApp, Email, Cloud Drive

• Ability to review drawings, details, and specifications independently

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years interior renovation experience

• Strong background in commercial & F&B renovation

• Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently

• Strong technical knowledge in construction details & sequencing

• Able to communicate firmly with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• English proficiency (verbal and written) is required for project documentation and coordination.

  Chinese language proficiency is required due to frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers and subcontractors involved in renovation projects.

• Stable work history preferred
