1. Ensure proper planning and execution of projects to meet or exceed performance indicators in term of quality and timeframe.
2. Ensure project complies with safety policies, rules and regulations redesigning work flow and processes if necessary to mitigate safety risks
3. Main point of contact and liaison between project teams and the client's representatives, consultants and relevant authorities
4. Review staffing requirements and direct allocation of available resources to various phases of the projects
5. Manage budget and ensures it achieves beyond target profit margin
6. Implement effective contract and claim management to increase the contractual margin and protect Company against liability claims
7. Able to formulate awards strategy independently
