BE civil engineering degree required
working experience in singapore minimun 8 years required
sketchup & autocad knowledge needed
renovation site managment experience need (both commercial & residential)

Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scope

Understand client requirements, design goals, and budget

Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineers

2. Budget Management

Prepare cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

Track expenses and control costs

Approve vendor invoices and manage payments

3. Contractor & Vendor Management

Hire and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

Negotiate contracts and pricing

Ensure timely material procurement

4. Scheduling & Execution

Create project schedules (Gantt charts, milestones)

Monitor daily progress on-site

Handle delays and adjust timelines

5. Quality Control

Ensure workmanship meets standards and design specs

Conduct regular site inspections

Address defects or rework issues

6. Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations

Maintain site safety standards

Manage permits and approvals

7. Communication

Act as the main point of contact for the client

Provide regular progress updates

Coordinate between all stakeholders
