Experience
- At least 5+ years of proven experience as an PM, or similar role within an IT environment.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working with Oracle Opera PMS in a hotel environment (Opera Cloud experience an advantage).
- Experience in Opera system configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
- Demonstrable experience with a variety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall),showcasing adaptability.
- Experience in E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality or Casino systems is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency with standard business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
