Job Description:
We are seeking two experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Managers to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure project objectives are met. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
. Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
. Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on status to stakeholders.
. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. . Manage project communication, including status updates, meeting minutes, and stakeholder briefings.
. Identify and resolve project conflicts and escalate issues as necessary.
. Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
. Ability to effectively manage project risks, issues, and conflicts.
. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
. Experience in Singapore Government projects.
. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
