Talentsis is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of critical IT systems. You will oversee technical teams in the design and implementation of server, network, storage, and cloud solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Project Leadership: Plan and execute infrastructure projects from initiation to closure manage project plans, schedules, and risk assessments.
Technical Oversight: Lead teams in implementing VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, networking, and cloud environments.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define deliverables and provide regular progress reports.
Quality & Compliance: Conduct technical reviews to ensure solutions meet organizational standards and security/industry compliance.
Operations & Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager or Technical Lead specifically in IT Infrastructure projects.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of servers, storage, networking (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall hands-on experience with Jira or Microsoft Project.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, budget management, and excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, ITIL, AWS Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure Administrator.
