Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and deliver large-scale programs in the banking domain, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Implement quality control and testing processes to ensure deliverables meet banking industry standards.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in the banking domain.
- Proven experience in testing processes, methodologies, and quality assurance in banking projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
