Project Manager (Client Delivery & Success)

Position Overview
This role is approximately 6070% project management focused and 3040% customer success oriented. This is a structured, execution-led Project Manager position within a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, timelines and resource allocation
- Serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead throughout implementation lifecycle
- Drive structured governance including stage-gate reviews and formal sign-offs
- Monitor scope, risks, dependencies and budget considerations across concurrent workstreams
- Own end-to-end project management across enterprise client implementations
- Lead regular status meetings, steering committees and executive update sessions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Solutions, Product and Engineering
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and execution gaps
- Maintain strong client engagement, ensuring expectations are aligned and satisfaction maintained
- Support renewal, expansion or upsell conversations through successful delivery outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodology and operational standards
Requirements
- 510 years experience in Project Management, Customer Success, Programme Delivery or client-facing implementation roles
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects
- Strong project governance, documentation and execution discipline
- Experience in SaaS, AI, fintech, enterprise software or technology environments preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills at both operational and executive levels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-moving environments
