Job Responsibilities
. Preparing and planning of projects
- Clarify project assignment with client
- Clarify the necessary resources with the relevant departments
- reate overall plan (costs, schedule, functionality/quality)
. Project management
- Meeting deadlines, quality and cost targets
- Regularly communicating project goals and progress and regulating the flow of information within the project
- Finding solutions when there are deviations between the plan and progress
- Applying ifm's internal processes (including project management and innovation processes)
. Project handling
- Development of content in the project environment
. Monitor projects
- Record project status (costs, deadlines, and functionality/quality) and monitor project progress
- Present project progress to the team and committees
. Leading an interdisciplinary team from different areas
- Deploy, lead, and motivate employees from different departments within the project team
- Integrate external development and manufacturing partners as well as suppliers
. Other tasks
- Monitoring and analysis of key figures and, if necessary, derivation of measures
- At the instruction of the supervisor, additional tasks may be added or other reasonable tasks may be performed in accordance with the employment contract
- The job holder complies with existing guidelines regarding occupational safety, quality management, and environmental protection
Job Requirements
- Degree in Project Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects
- Strong project planning and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
