Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project planning, quality control planning, coordinating and project costing management
• Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site
• Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards at all the time
• Overall responsible for the daily operations and provision of operational resources required for the site
• Ensure timely requisition of resources such as labour materials, equipment for the project
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors and relevant authorities on all project related matters

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Building or equivalent
• Min 2 years and above experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in HDB Projects
• Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
• Holding of Certification for Construction Safety Course for Project Manager will be an added advantage
