Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out)
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out) to ensure multiple projects run smoothly from concept to handover- on time, on budget, and to the required quality . This role will coordinate across designers, clients, contractors, and suppliers to manage scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning & scheduling: Build and manage project schedules, milestones, and work plans from design development through completion
- Budget & cost control: Prepare and track budgets, manage cost reporting/variations, and ensure financial targets are met
- Team & resource management: Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure resources are allocated effectively
- Client management: Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and respond promptly to requests and feedback
- Procurement coordination: Support sourcing, quotations, vendor coordination, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Quality control: Ensure drawings, materials, workmanship, and site deliverables meet required standards and specifications
- Risk, issue & change management: Identify risks early, drive issue resolution, and manage change orders with proper documentation and approvals
- Site execution & handover: Oversee site progress, coordinate contractors/subcontractors, manage inspections and snag lists, and ensure smooth handover and close-out
