Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming — ensuring engineering quality and strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end in line with company standards and client expectations
• Own project preparation — scheduling, budget, sales orders, and kick-offs
• Lead site meetings, coordinate with clients, and manage documentation
• Manage subcontractors, project teams, and internal/client handovers
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming
• Support Sales with technical input, system design (AutoCAD), and client training

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronic, Computer, or Automation Engineering
• 5+ years in security, electronic, or small electronic project implementation and commissioning (MNC environment preferred)
• Hands-on experience with access control, CCTV and alarm systems is preferred, while candidates with a technology, IT or engineering background are also welcome to apply.
• Exposure to Lenel, GE, Cisco, or S2 systems is a strong advantage
• Solid IT knowledge across security hardware, networking, and databases
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-service mindset
