PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Apply hands-on expertise in the Singapore construction industry to execute and oversee project tasks effectively
• Lead teams by communicating clearly with workers, supervisors, clients, users, and other stakeholders to align project goals and resolve issues
• Monitor and report project progress and enforce quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet standards
• Manage productivity by identifying and resolving technical issues to maintain workflow efficiency
• Prepare and submit required documentation for authority approvals in compliance with regulations
• Demonstrate responsibility and responsiveness by proactively seeking and incorporating feedback to improve project outcomes
