Position: Project Manager - EPMO
Location: CBD, Singapore
Duration: 12 months (contract)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role requires strong governance, project delivery, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple projects, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in project management tools.
The role has a dual focus:
- Governance (60%) - project monitoring, reporting, forums, and quality assurance.
- Project Management (40%) - planning, execution, advisory, risk management, and delivery oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Governance (60%)
- Monitor and report on project progress, issues, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.
- Oversee project governance processes, ensuring compliance with organisational methodologies and standards.
- Manage governance forums: prepare agendas, consolidate materials, circulate minutes, and track action items.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of deliverables and milestones to ensure adherence to organisational standards.
Project Management (40%)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Provide project advisory on interdependencies, risks, and quality assurance.
- Identify potential delivery risks, escalate issues, and drive resolution across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
- Ensure relevant project approvals are obtained in a timely manner to support smooth execution.
- Support project administration activities as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10+ years of experience managing large and complex technology projects/programmes.
- Demonstrated track record in delivering multiple concurrent projects successfully.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented mindset able to work effectively in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge and exposure to both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint (able to produce executive-level slides), JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Strong team player, able to collaborate across functions and workstreams.
- Bachelor's Degree required PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Advantageous: experience with data-related projects and change management.
