Job Responsibilities:
. Lead team to ensure smooth implementation of carpentry construction projects.
. Oversee and coordinate on-site construction work, including scheduling, quality, and safety management.
. Provide technical support for projects, optimize construction plans to comply with local regulations and company standards.
. Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders (clients, suppliers, contractors, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery.
. Monitor project costs to ensure efficient execution within budget.
. Resolve on-site emergencies, improve engineering management processes, and enhance execution efficiency.
Job Requirements:
. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Engineering Management, or related fields.
. Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in home furnishing, decoration, or construction project management.
. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction project processes, excellent engineering and project management capabilities.
. Other Requirements: Strong team leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
