Main responsibilities and tasks:
Plan and execute global projects related to Field Service
The key responsibilities are:
- Lead the successful execution of all Global Field Service projects, i. e. improvement of FS reporting, mobile solutions for FS, FS global training and more
- Work as the dedicated PM on some projects while coordinating with existing PMs on others
- Ensure proper resource allocation for all projects
- EOHS responsible for Field Service on a global level
- Implement global initiatives, new concepts and products related to Field Service
- Interact regularly with global Service Managers, Field Service Coordinators and FSRs to get a Global voice on all projects
- Poll the Global Field Service community to propose future projects
- Report to the Global Field Service Stream Leader and the Global Field Service community on current and future Field Service trends
Experience
- Project Management experience
- Technical aptitude and recipe knowledge are assets but not essential as this is not a technical position
- Leadership skill in global setup and a matrix structure
Education
- Bachelor/Master degree in engineering
- Additional training in business, economics or leadership
- At least 5 years experience in machinery industry in similar role
Languages
- Business fluent, contractual level, in English in writing and orally
- Any other language is a plus
Special requirements:
- International travel requirement in the range of 10-20%
- Strong computer skills (e.g. CRM, SAP, etc.) as many new and existing projects will require coordination with IT and the Digital Innovation Unit
