About The Job
We're looking for a Project Manager with a strong foundation in frontend development and experience leading developer teams. You'll manage end-to-end software delivery across multiple portfolios, including IT and blockchain, with a particular focus on frontend-heavy projects. This role demands strong technical understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills And Experience Required
- Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Project Manager
- Proven experience leading frontend-focused software projects, ideally across IT and blockchain domains
- Strong understanding of modern frontend technologies (e.g. React, Vue, Angular) and development workflows
- Experience managing and mentoring software development teams
- Ability to oversee multiple projects from planning through to deployment
- Skilled in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong client communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Background in software development or prior work in a tech consultancy is highly preferred
