Responsibilities:
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Lead endtoend engagement across business, technology, and vendor partners, covering planning, governance, communications, budgeting, resource alignment, and change management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through structured governance forums and transparent communication.
- Deliver clear, concise, and effective executivelevel updates on project milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Provide comprehensive status reporting across GTO and business leadership, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines.
Process, Analysis & Delivery Execution
- Drive endtoend delivery of complex, multibusinessline initiatives in alignment with strategic objectives and SDLC and stagegate standards.
- Own the full project lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), including planning, governance, execution, and tracking against time, scope, and budget.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements, user stories, and process documentation design clear asis and tobe journeys.
- Coordinate across business, operations, and technology teams to manage dependencies, risks, issues, and scope changes effectively.
- Maintain highquality delivery through disciplined tracking of progress and upkeep of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) artifacts.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, System Analysts, and Design teams to refine backlogs, support UI/UX requirements, and validate technical feasibility.
- Support test strategy, test planning, and operational readiness to ensure seamless golive and adoption.
- Drive postimplementation benefits realization and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Project & Delivery Leadership
- Endtoend program management experience, including budget ownership ($5-$30M), risk management, and dependency/critical path oversight.
- Proficient across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models with strong SDLC governance.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Strong delivery discipline: governance, requirement clarification with technical teams, quality user stories, readiness planning, and support across testing cycles.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Key Domain/ Technical Skills:
Domain Expertise
. 10+ years of experience in banking, specifically across retail lending products and credit cards
. Strong background in credit origination, collections, credit risk portfolio management and credit bureau reporting
. 5+ years of deep expertise in retail credit, including:
o Credit risk management (underwriting, credit decisioning, early warning, collections)
o Credit portfolio monitoring (scorecard development, risk segmentation, limit setting)
Technical & Functional Skills
. Ability to translate high level business needs into detailed functional and non functional requirements.
. Skilled in designing end to end credit management processes, customer onboarding journeys, and risk portfolio management integrated workflows.
. Strong understanding of credit systems, decision rules and scoring engines, and their integrations across enterprise processing systems
. Proven experience leading and delivering large scale Retail Credit system implementation programs.
