We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Project Manager to head our Central IT Project Management team. Based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving IT policy execution and managing large-scale projects across the APAC region.
As a Mid-Senior level leader, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders. You will lead an APAC-focused team, manage central IT budgets, and translate complex technical requirements into actionable, easy-to-understand strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive planner with strong bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) and a knack for using data-driven feedback to optimize IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Strategy
- Central Project Execution: Lead the central IT team to define, plan, and push out critical IT projects and security policies across the APAC region.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee central IT planning, including cost management, budgeting, and future financial forecasting.
- Product Requirements: Define and explain IT product requirements clearly to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the APAC IT team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for regional stakeholders. Collect feedback and utilize basic data analysis skills to continuously improve IT service delivery.
Technical Communication
- Simplifying the Complex: Utilize strong Corporate IT knowledge to assess business needs, acting as a translator who can explain complex technical terms and architectures in simple, layman language to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of proven experience in Information Technology, with a strong background in project management and operations.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and managing IT teams across the APAC region.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Bilingual Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin () to liaise effectively with regional stakeholders.
- Planning & Stakeholder Management: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Data Analysis: Basic data analysis capabilities to collect, interpret, and act on user feedback and operational metrics.
Preferred Skills
- Deep Corporate IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure, SaaS management, and enterprise security.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks is a plus.
