Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across infrastructure, operations, and business applications.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, KPIs, and progress reports.
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Establish project governance, conduct steering committee meetings, and manage escalations.
- Ensure compliance with IT architecture, cybersecurity, and governance standards.
- Track budget, CAPEX, and schedule deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Manage change requests and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee transition of solutions to IT operations and support teams.
- Provide user support and basic training/documentation when required.
