Project Manager

Job Summary:

The MT Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives under the MT program. This role ensures alignment across departments, coordinates actions among key stakeholder groups, and provides program governance to deliver business outcomes on schedule, within scope, and in line with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Governance & Execution

  • Lead endtoend planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of MT program activities.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
  • Establish clear program KPIs and track progress against milestones.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate actions across key stakeholder groups, ensuring timely alignment, decisionmaking, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate regular program reviews, steering committees, and crossfunctional syncs.
  • Act as the central point of contact between business units, functional leads, and external partners.
  • Ensure stakeholders are updated through structured communications, dashboards, and status reports.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

  • Identify program risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and drive cross-team resolution.
  • Manage change requests, ensuring impacts are assessed and communicated appropriately.
  • Escalate blockers and facilitate quick decision-making.

Process & Quality Management

  • Ensure program activities follow internal governance standards and documentation requirements.
  • Drive consistency in processes, templates, and reporting across the MT program.
  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices adoption.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with senior management and crossfunctional teams.
  • Provide guidance and coordination support to project leads within the program.
  • Encourage collaboration, accountability, and transparent communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in program or project management (or relevant leadership roles).
  • Strong ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams with manufacturing background.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven experience coordinating diverse stakeholder groups in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with program governance frameworks and PMO standards.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Power BI, Excel, or equivalents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile credentials.
  • Experience in a global or regional program management role.
  • Exposure to transformation, operational excellence, or technologydriven initiatives.
