Project Manager

Responsibilities:
. Lead end-to-end delivery of digital banking projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

. Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

. Coordinate with upstream and downstream host systems and ensure seamless integration with core banking systems.

. Drive stakeholder engagement across business units, technology teams, and vendors.

. Oversee SIT/UAT planning and execution, ensuring readiness for production deployment.

. Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance artifacts.

Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

Requirements:

Experience:

. Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in digital banking or financial services.

. Proven track record in managing mobile banking app projects and system integration involving host systems

. Prior business analyst experience highly preferred

. Bachelor's degree

Essential:

. Strong understanding of digital banking architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.

. Familiarity with any SDLC methodology

. Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.

. Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills

. Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
