Job Description

  • Leadthe planning, execution and control of civil and underground constructionworks, ensuring delivery within budget and programme.
  • Managesite engineers, supervisors and operational teams to achieve projectmilestones, quality standards and safety targets.
  • Overseeconstruction methodologies, work sequencing, temporary works coordination andresource planning for complex civil engineering activities.
  • Developand monitor construction programmes and short-term look-ahead plans, resolvingtechnical and site constraints.
  • Ensurecompliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements andproject quality, safety and environmental plans.
  • Coordinatesubcontractors and multidisciplinary interfaces, including structural,geotechnical and tunnelling works, where applicable.
  • Liaisewith clients, consultants and relevant authorities to resolve technical issuesand maintain effective working relationships.
  • Supportthe commercial team with progress assessments, variations, claims and othercontractual matters.
  • Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
