Job Requirements

  • Recognized degree in Architecture, Engineering or Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 8 years postgraduate experience, particularly in residential and commercial developments
  • Candidates with less than 8years postgraduate experience but with degree in Architecture and are strong in design are also invited
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communication and management skills

Job Descriptions

  • Actively involved in all stages of projects, from conceptual design to final development proposal, construction and completion
  • Lead a project team of consultants and contractors to oversee all construction activities.
  • Manage the project team and ensure project is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
