Job Summary
The Project Manager leads operational delivery for CyberSafe's client-facing cybersecurity and data protection compliance services. You will drive end-to-end project execution, manage service KPIs, and serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients to ensure regulatory milestones are achieved.
Responsibilities
1. Service Portfolio & Project Management
- Manage end-to-end project processes across CyberSafe's full service portfolio to ensure seamless operational execution and delivery
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate audits for certifications including Cyber Essential Mark, Cyber Trust Mark, Data Protection Trustmark, ISO 27001, and Data Protection Essentials
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to service KPIs and delivery deadlines for all client engagements
- Collaborate with Sales & Growth teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding and operational transitions
2. Client Relationship Leadership
- Provide strategic CISO-level advisory to clients by developing Cybersecurity Health Plans and risk-based roadmaps that guide their security posture
- Lead client onboarding meetings post-sales handover to establish clear project expectations and milestones
- Translate technical progress from engineering teams into clear, executive-level milestone reports for client stakeholders
- Proactively manage client relationships to ensure achievement of security goals and sustain long-term digital resilience
3. Regulatory & Administrative Excellence
- Oversee the preparation and management of regulatory deliverables such as DPE Annexes, Data Protection Reports, and security summaries to maintain compliance
- Compile and format auditory and regulatory documentation required by Singaporean authorities for scheduled and ad-hoc submissions
- Conduct rigorous quality control of all client-facing materials to ensure alignment with CyberSafe's brand identity and tone
- Support cultural integration of new hires by maintaining current and engaging project materials
Key Stakeholders
- Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Direct supervisor for project operational standards and technical escalations.
- Lead Cybersecurity Engineers: Technical partners assigned to your specific team to execute engineering and audits.
- Sales & Growth Team: Internal collaborators for client Onboarding and lead handovers.
- People Ops Manager: Partner for HR logistics and cultural integration of new project staff.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or client relationship management.
- Technical Background: Not essential. We value strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) framework.
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting and storytelling in British English to translate requirements into actionable business reports.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple regulatory deadlines and complex administrative filings.
- Process-Oriented: Comfortable working in a structure where final authority is centralized, whilst taking full ownership of preparatory work and execution.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Certification Success Rate: Clients successfully achieve national marks (Cyber Essentials/Trust/DPTM) and ISO 27001 within planned schedules.
- KPI Adherence: 100% adherence to Service KPIs and project deadlines across the service suite.
- Approval Efficiency: High first-pass accuracy rate for regulatory documents and Cybersecurity Health Plans.
