Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and coordination of a team of M&E coordinators, Engineers, and BIM modellers.
- Working together and liaise with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works.
- Participating in technical meetings and site meetings.
- Assess and resolve technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors
- On-site supervision of work progress
- Maintain schedules and coordinating the work of subcontractors.
- Assist in finalizing accounts of MYE Sub-contractors.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction related degree
- At least eight (8) years of relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects is an advantage
- Highly motivated, independent, initiative and responsible.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
