Role Description

This is a contract role for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring that project objectives are met within the defined scope, time, and budget. The role requires close coordination with various teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure efficient execution and delivery of high-quality results.

The Project Manager will be tasked with developing detailed project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule. In addition, the individual will be responsible for identifying potential risks, resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle, and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks. Effective communication, leadership, and decision-making skills will be essential in guiding teams and managing project performance.

This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project requirements.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated capacity to identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems during the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and successful outcomes.

Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Risk Management Experience: Ability to anticipate and manage potential risks, ensuring proactive solutions to avoid delays and disruptions to project timelines.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, track project progress, and provide actionable insights that inform decision-making and project adjustments.

Time and Budget Management: Proven success in managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed-upon constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Relevant Academic Qualifications: A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
