  • Prepare project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action plans.
  • Assist in resource allocation and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support risk management processes by identifying and mitigating potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design, to ensure project success.
  • Participate in project meetings, ensuring alignment and smooth communication among all team members.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and familiarity with risk management principles.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and client management.
