Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction activities and ensure successful delivery of infrastructure/tunnelling projects in terms of quality, safety, cost and schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall project execution including planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Oversee construction activities and ensure works are carried out in accordance with specifications and safety requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams on project matters
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Manage project budget, cost control and reporting
- Identify risks and implement mitigation measures
- Ensure subcontractors perform works in accordance with contract requirements
- Liaise with clients and authorities on project-related matters
- Lead and manage site teams including engineers and supervisors
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in construction/infrastructure projects
- Experience in tunnelling / MRT / infrastructure projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management
- Experience in managing subcontractors and site teams
- Familiar with Singapore regulations and authority requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
