Regional Product Marketing Manager - Your future position
As a Regional Product Marketing Manager in the flavours space, you will manage key categories within APAC, developing strategies and executing relevant Product innovation plans and initiatives in order to ensure Givaudan's leading position within the relevant category, according to overall business objectives and global/regional innovation strategy.

Main Responsibilities
- Category Strategy & Growth. Develop and implement category strategy, growth priorities and action plans to support business growth objectives. This is done in collaboration with local partners within the region, the Science & Technology department and other stakeholders.
- Product Portfolio & Innovation Management. Oversee category relevant product portfolio, identify gaps, define innovation needs and manage the innovation pipeline.
- Commercialization & Sales Enablement. Drive the commercialization of innovation by leading commercialization plans in collaboration with the Regional Innovation & sub-regional teams. Develop and deliver customer-relevant value propositions, connecting the dots between our scientific technology capabilities, and our consumer and category insight.
- Regional Category/Product Governance. Work closely with the key stakeholders (global, regional, local) to Identify gaps and upscaling needs for the assigned portfolio at the regional level to drive sustained growth performance.
- Customer Engagement & Sales Collaboration. Partner with sales to direct & execute marketing efforts to target customers - to deploy and support adoption of differentiating technologies and initiatives in alignment with business priorities.
- Collaboration Support. Support the Savoury/Sweet Business Unit Head to drive relevant transversal programs and initiatives.
Main Requirements
Bachelor / Master in a technical field (Food Science, Biology, Chemistry etc.)
Technical background or B2B Marketing and Commercial/Customer background within the food or flavour industry
Minimum 8 years in a technical / innovation / R&D environment, with a track record influencing commercial / marketing colleagues and external customers alike
Experience in developing deep product knowledge, working and connecting with colleagues from from technical, innovation and commercial related backgrounds
