We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Manager to lead and support critical initiatives across our Cards and Personal Loans (CPL) domain. You'll play a strategic role in driving new platform launches, delivering system enhancements, and translating business needs into impactful solutions in partnership with our Product Owners and IT teams.
This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on customer experience, business efficiency, and digital transformation in one of Southeast Asia's leading financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a business enabler for the CPL portfolio, supporting strategic initiatives and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and coordinate system change projects from requirements gathering to post-implementation validation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate change control governance, UAT sign-offs, and production verification (PIV).
- Identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities, customer journeys, and operational efficiency.
- Provide frontline support, training, and documentation to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within Cards and Personal Loans, including customer management and systems implementation.
- Strong knowledge of card business operations, platforms, and end-to-end project life cycle.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver solutions in a highly regulated environment.
- Adept at Agile methodologies and comfortable navigating matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with BRR, PIR, FSD, and UAT governance is a plus.
