Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects from concept through commissioning, acting as the Owner's representative to ensure alignment with company standards across HSSE, quality, technical integrity, cost, and schedule.
Lead and manage full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery against defined objectives and performance targets.
Oversee EPC contractors and ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
Maintain high standards of safety and environmental performance across design and construction phases.
Establish and manage project controls, including cost, schedule, reporting, and performance tracking.
Monitor contractor execution, including QA/QC processes, and drive corrective actions where required.
Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Act as the primary interface between contractors, internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Maintenance), and external stakeholders (authorities, consultants, utilities).
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks across technical, commercial, and reputational areas.
Plan and manage project resources, including hiring, mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel.
Lead and coordinate the Owner's project team to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Requirements
Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Above 8 years project management, construction and commissioning experience in the Oil & Gas industry, delivering medium to large-scale greenfield/brownfield projects of up to and over USD 10 million in value.
Extensive experience in LNG or other cryogenic systems e.g. industrial gases, hydrogen, ethylene, LPG, CO.
Demonstrated planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost/schedule control, and risk management skills.
Good understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction practices.
Strong track record in HSSE performance and compliance.
Proven leadership capabilities and experience leading large multinational and multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
