About the Role
This role supports the delivery of business-critical initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process enhancement, and investment-related execution. The Project Manager will work across multiple functions to coordinate initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring projects are delivered in a structured, timely, and outcome-driven manner. The role operates in an operational and industrial setting and requires a practical, delivery-oriented individual who is comfortable working across functions, managing complexity, and driving initiatives from concept through implementation.
Top Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, risk management, and track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
- Strong capabilities and Hands-on experience driving process analysis and improvement, or operational efficiency initiatives, including identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities with the ability to structure and implement streamlined processes, tools, and methodologies to improve accuracy, productivity, and compliance.
- Solid financial and data analysis capability, including supporting investment analysis, feasibility assessments, ROI evaluation, and business case preparation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across Finance, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Human Resource and, where relevant.
- Clear and effective communicator, able to present project status, risks, and outcomes to both operational teams, senior management and comfortable operating in fast-moving, operational environments, managing ambiguity while maintaining structure and delivery discipline.
Nice to Have (Value-Adding)
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or regulated environments
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with involvement in business transformation, operational change, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting CAPEX or investment-related projects
- Possession of one or more recognized project or improvement certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
- Proficiency with project management reporting tools (e.g. MS Project, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, Oracle Primavera P6, Jira, Click up, Wrike, Asana, etc..), and advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with external vendors, consultants, or service providers
