Job Description

Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project goals and progress.
Attend site walks and meetings resolve issues promptly with all stakeholders.
Manage project schedules, align with main contractor's master schedule, and handle delays.
Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
Ensure Engineers and Supervisors follow the latest approved drawings.
Oversee and manage all project drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and proper implementation.
Handle contract documents like Extension of Time (EOT), Variation Orders (VO), and claims.
Prepare and submit site progress claims verify subcontractors claims for accuracy.
Enforce safety rules and PPE requirements with site safety officers.
Report to the Project Director and follow instructions for smooth project delivery.
Maintain project records and provide regular progress and risk updates.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
