JOB CONTENT
- Familiar with smart building management and extra low voltage systems in the build environment sector.
- Responsible for the project deliverables at each phase.
- Ensure the project complies to the scope and technical specifications, keeping within the budgetary requirements.
- Supervise tasks, communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders, and ensure every aspect of the project is completed on time.
- Organising, guiding, and motivating of engineers, supervisors, and workers under his charge.
- Ensure daily operation delivers productivity and quality, at the same time meeting environmental, occupational health & safety standards.
- Provide safe custody, control and maintenance of all equipment and special tools used by the department.
- Establish and maintain courteous and co-operative relationship with clients.
- Control project budget.
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years experience in the project management of smart building and ELV Systems and/or Mechanical & Electrical turnkey projects.
- Leading teams.
QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering or Building Technology.
- Certificate in Project Management Professional will be advantageous.
