Project Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Facilitate meetings, provide progress updates, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes, governance, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience Project Manager in IT, software development, or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
