PROJECT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports
• Monitor project costs and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Supervise site operations and resolve construction issues
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Manage project risks, variations, and claims
• Conduct site meetings and report project progress to management.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
• Familiar with local construction safety and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
