Construction Project Manager (PM)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, cost control, site coordination, quality assurance, and safety compliance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

. Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to completion

. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and work plans

. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

. Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance

. Manage contract administration, variations, and claims

. Ensure compliance with local regulations and workplace safety standards

. Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field

. Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project management experience

. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

. Experience in project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration

. Familiar with tools such as MS Project / Primavera P6 / AutoCAD

. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

. Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
