BELFOR is a global leader in disaster recovery and property restoration. We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our team and lead recovery, repair, and reconstruction projects with precision and professionalism.
What You'll Do:
Damage Assessment & Quoting
- Conduct initial site assessments and identify service opportunities
- Provide expert advice and submit accurate quotations for mitigation, repair, and reconstruction
Sales & Client Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and subcontractors
- Negotiate terms and secure contracts that drive business growth
Project Management & Execution
- Plan and manage projects across scope, cost, time, and quality
- Monitor performance to meet profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with BELFOR standards and client expectations
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management, sales, or restoration services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with attention to detail
Your Idea Academic Background
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering field or equivalent
- Additional training in Project Management would be advantegous
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences in the engineering /industrial field
- Experience in managing multiple projects
