Project Manager

Requirements:

• Strong product knowledge in lifts and escalators, with familiarity in installation and maintenance processes
• Proven project management experience, capable of handling full project lifecycle independently
• Skilled in project scheduling, cost control, and quality management
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with cross-cultural communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage lift installation projects from planning to completion
• Control project budget and schedule, ensuring timely delivery
• Supervise construction quality and safety compliance with regulations and standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve project issues promptly
• Motivate and guide project teams to achieve high efficiency and performance
