Job Summary
You will lead and coordinate full project cycles for retail and commercial interior fit-out projects, from sales pitches to closing of deals and collaborating closely with designers, vendors, clients, and workshops to deliver projects on time and within scope. You will drive new project pursuits and conduct post-project evaluations to support continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for any sales initiatives, clients deals and revenue-generating projects.
- Coordinate and manage all phases of project lifecycles to ensure timely delivery of interior fit-out and builder works for retail and commercial spaces on schedule and within project scope
- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders including designers, vendors, clients, and workshops to align project objectives and resolve issues proactively, ensuring seamless project execution
- Manage client relationships by maintaining satisfaction and fostering repeat business opportunities through effective communication and service delivery
- Report project progress and key milestones to management to enable informed decision-making and timely interventions
- Lead new project pursuits by coordinating resources and preparing detailed proposals to secure business growth and expand client base
- Conduct comprehensive post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement of project delivery
- Adapt to project demands by working during odd hours, weekends, or public holidays as required to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Travel to project sites as necessary to oversee implementation and ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or equivalent
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in retail and commercial fit-out environments
- Sound knowledge of interior fit-out and builder works specific to retail and commercial spaces
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects with a hands-on and proactive approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to make informed decisions in varied scenarios
- Ability to work independently and resourcefully under pressure with minimal supervision
