Job Description

Key Responsibilities

. Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.

. Establish effective communication channels with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

. Prepare and present clear status reports for different audiences, including executive management.

. Develop and maintain realistic project schedules, considering dependencies and resources.

. Proactively identify and resolve project issues.

. Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely updates on initiatives and concerns.

. Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

. Minimum 2-4 years in Project Management with proven success.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, BIM or equivalent).

. Experience in test planning, implementation, installation and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

. Diploma or bachelor's degree required.

. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

. Ability to quickly learn Entrance System applications and lead implementations.

. Expertise in writing scopes of work for construction subcontractors.
